Kim said the business took care of her problem as soon as they could. She appreciated them being flexible with her schedule. Kim said her insurance company does random quality checks on the workmanship. She was with the insurance agent when he opened the hood and they found a rag from cleaning that had been left in a corner of the engine compartment. She was still happy with her repair.
