James said the front desk staff he dealt with was very courteous. When he picked up the vehicle the accelerator was acting funny and when he brought it to their attention, the staff was dismissive. They told him they could not have caused the issue when they were repairing the vehicle. He was not given a time the vehicle would be ready.
