Elena said this is the fourth time she has used the business and in the past they have been great. She worked with Rich and he was non-responsive. When Adam started helping, everything started getting better. She said they missed the scratches on the trim. She had to return the vehicle. The vehicle was delayed a week because they did not see all of the damages in the beginning. Rich did not call her with updates and it took him two days to return her calls.
