Jodi said she has had to take her vehicle in for the third time back to the business. She said the 1st delay was due to the wrong part being ordered. The second delay was to the paint job performed she said there was a big clump and orange peel things in the material and asked to have them fixed. So her vehicle is at the business getting the clump from the paint redone after going in only to notice it was not done. She also mentioned her vehicle was not clean. There was over spray and spots of dirty water in the seats. She said her vehicle was ready on time but condition wise it was not. She would have rated the appearance of the business higher but to her it looks a little old and not clean. She said she has seen better business's. She rated the likeliness of recommendation to a friend or family was for the reasons mentioned. The repair process was not explained to her satisfaction and felt it deserved that score.
