Marita said she rated her overall experience with the business a 3 instead of a 5 because the first time she picked up her vehicle it needed additional work because things were not tightened and not everything was fixed so she had them keep it longer. Then she did not feel the business did a good job, they did not follow-up and she was not impressed with them as a company. She is not telling her friends to go to this business. She did not feel the paint work matched as well as it could have and the business used the excuse that her vehicle is a metallic color and hard to recreate. Her vehicle was not ready when promised because of additional work that needed to be done that was not done correctly the first time. She rated the business's explanation of the repair process a 6 instead of a 10 because they treated her like their best friend and like they had a life long relationship with her on the first phone conversation. The business's logo is like it never happened and she felt it had happened once they were done. She rated the likeliness she would recommend this business to a friend or family member a 4 instead of a 10 because of the reasons already stated. The business was really pleasant and wanted to help but she did not feel they did what they should do. She should not have been able to run her hand over the bumper and know it was not on right when the business is the one with the professionals.
