"As if they care..."
They missed to fix the damage of vent inside the vehicle. Christian did NOT apologize for missing the spot, but promised to fix it after consulting with insurance company because the repair was reported complete to the insurance company already. Then, just ignored it.

Unfortunately the vent in the dash board was not part of the accident report and was not covered by his insurance company. We value Mr. Yeong as a customer and repaired the vent at no cost to him . We apologize for the misunderstanding.
