Review for Roosevelt Auto Body Collision 1 University

Joe said the vehicle was 3 weeks late. When it was torn apart at the business they found $2,000 more in damage and without consulting her notified the insurance company. This caused the insurance company to total the vehicle. There was some delay straightening this out. She chose not to have some of the plastic pieces in the trunk replaced so the repair would come in under the value of the vehicle. Once the vehicle was no longer totaled there was a problem ordering a part from the dealership. Eventually the business decided to rebuild the part instead of waiting. Once all of this was sorted the vehicle was eventually ready. She was some what upset the business contacted the insurance company about the additional damage without contacting her first. This was because she knew the vehicle was close to being totaled out and it was important to her to get her vehicle back. When he understood the situation Dave helped her a lot and worked with her to help her keep the repairs under the cost of the vehicle while maintaining its structural integrity. The paint work is beautiful and the vehicle looks just like when it was brand new.
