Kyra said the business personnel did a good job and Christian was superb regarding his customer service, the way it should be done. Also, she said the vehicle was ready when promised, but they discovered an electrical problem that needed to be addressed and she had to bring the vehicle back to have it resolved. Kyra said it was not a big deal.
