Heather said she is not completely satisfied with her overall experience because she had asked for updates twice a week but no one ever called to update her. She said she initiated all contact and updates with them. She waited an additional 10 days for the repairs to be completed due to a parts delay and weather conditions. She was not given an explanation of the repair process. She said she felt she was not kept adequately informed. She will most likely not recommend them to others based on this experience.
