Spoke with Pat. She said the facility did a really nice job and her vehicle looks very nice. The facility kept her and her husband apprised of the repair schedule during the whole process. She would like to mention that during the repairs the facility forgot to deactivate the air bag sensor light. She will have to go back for a return visit so that is something the facility could remember to check.
