"Warranty Rejection"
As I had responded before, the canister-close valve was not included in the extended car warranty (for which I paid and additional $1000 when I bought the car) which resulted in an unexpected charge. The service department did its job and cleared the problem. They were courteous, and completed the work (including the maintenance work) within the time frame quoted. Five stars for excellent service.

That being said, I would warn customers to not buy the extended "bumper to bumper 100,000 mile 10 year warranty" since it is not worth the paper it is written on. It appears that the part most likely to fail is the part that is not covered. Hyundai should stop misleading customers - either cover everything or stop selling this misleading worthless piece of paper. Zero stars for bad business practices!

See comments above. I would recommend to your customers to never purchase an extended warranty from your dealership since whatever part fails in the extended warranty period will probably not be covered.
