Spoke with Carolyn and Tom. Tom said that there was no specific time his vehicle was promised because he walked in for service. He was not completely satisfied with the communication between him and his service advisor because he expected his service advisor to let him know how long of a wait it would be for his oil change. He expected his oil change to only take 30 minutes but it actually took an hour and he was not happy about the wait.

Peggy said she was happy with the overall experience, but when she arrived she walked in and stood there for about 4 or 5 minutes and nobody from the circular desk area acknowledged her or told her somebody would be with her in a minute. She said she felt awkward and as though she was in the wrong place or maybe doing something wrong. A person from another area came over and asked if he could assist her. She said they could improve on this and lower their prices.
