Venicia said she was not happy with her overall experience with this business. She said it took two and half hours to change one tire, even though she had a scheduled appointment with this business. She said the business could serve her better by not taking so long to serve the customers. Due to this experience she would not recommend them.

Jonathan said he took his vehicle in for the check engine light and it needed a software update. He said he felt he shouldn't have been charged for a software update and he was upset that he was charged $120 for a diagnostic fee. It took four hours to get out of there. He would not recommend this business based on this experience.
