James said his vehicle was delayed 5 days because they had to order parts. He had to call the business to get updates on his vehicle. They missed 2 things on his vehicle even though they told him his vehicle was ready. The receptionist named Jasmine was very rude. She could have pretended that she cared. He was not satisfied with the communication for the reason mentioned. Randy was very nice and did a super job on his vehicle. His estimate was prepared by his insurance company. He said he would recommend the business because the work quality is great.
