Joann said this business is okay and in the end everything was taken care of. They told her the work would take ten days to complete but they had her vehicle for six weeks with no reason given. She had to return two times. The first time the Bluetooth was not working and the second there was water inside the fan motor. She is unsure if she is satisfied with their communication. Everyone was fine except there was a woman on the phone who was a little nasty to her when she called about needing to go back. She chose them because they specialize in Audi's and she wanted Audi parts used on her vehicle.
