Gloria said she told them to contact her by her cell but Diana called and left a message on her home voicemail. Diana's message said the insurance gave the okay for them to replace the bumper with a used one so she went ahead and placed the order. She said they promised it would be done in a week but it was done in 12 days because they had to reorder a new bumper. Gloria stated she tried calling Diana numerous of times, she kept getting transferred and sent over to voicemail. She specified the facility told her to contact the insurance and when she did, she told them about the used bumper. She mentioned how she refused to have a used part put on her vehicle. She also said the lady at the front desk had an attitude every time she called and they were not customer friendly at the end. For these reasons, she won't recommend this business.
