William said he wasn't totally satisfied at the length of time they said it would be done. He said they promised him a week and it wasn't ready until 3 days later because an employee dropped a screw driver on it. They said they had to redo the job and repaint the bumper. He said he was the one who initiated the calls for the status on his vehicle and he didn't talk to anyone at this facility. He suggested the business needs to have better communications between all parties.
