Rena said that she ran into multiple delays and complications during her experience with this business. She was not satisfied with the quality of repairs because she noticed when she drives at a high speed there is an air leak where they replaced her window shield. She is only able to hear this when she is driving at a high speed and has only encountered this experience a couple of times. She said if she is in the area she may stop by to get this looked at, otherwise she does not plan to contact someone there. She was initially told her vehicle would be completed within 3 weeks. Instead it took 5 weeks because her dash board lights came on and they had to figure out why. Also, there may have been a parts delay. Who ever replaced her windshield had damaged the windshield during the repair. They had to replace this, which took extra time. She is unsure if she was kept informed because the communication was poor. She was told one day that her vehicle would be ready and when she showed up they told her that they needed more time. This was inconvenient for her because she lives an hour away and is not local. The staff there are super nice and Chad, her estimator did a good job handling the complications. She is unsure if she is satisfied with the communication but said the communication was good and she received repair status updates via email. She mentioned the issues were eventually taken care of and she is satisfied with their work. She appreciates they provided her with a loaner vehicle during the repair so she could take care of her needs.
