Jonathan said he got his vehicle back several days late because they had to order a part, and had to paint the part they ordered. He stated he wasn't kept adequately informed during the repair process, which is why he wasn't satisfied with their communication. No one called to inform him about the delay. Jonathan contacted this business thinking his vehicle was ready, which is when they told him about the several day delay. He mentioned the personnel were all great.
