Alexander said he had to be the person to contact the collision, insurance, and rental company to coordinate everything. His vehicle was ready about 3 weeks after the insurance said it should be, and they told him it was because of parts delays. Alexander said he would have liked the business to communicate with him, and keep him informed on a weekly basis, instead of him having to contact them.
