Spoke with Terrie. She said that the she was not kept adequately informed, because she tried contacting the business multiple times without a response. She was not satisfied with the communication because she had a damaged horn for over a week and no one from the business has responded to her calls dealing with this matter. She would not recommend the facility to others for reasons already stated.
