Spoke with Mark's wife. She said this business had her husband's vehicle for a lot longer than they initially told him they would have it. He didn't get it back for 3 or 4 weeks. She stated he got his vehicle back 1 to 1 and half weeks late because there were 2 delays. The first delay was caused by them finding the damage was worse than they initially thought it was. She mentioned she thinks the second delay was caused by them ordering a wrong part, or having to order another part. Her husband would have liked for this business to have kept him informed more often than they did with status updates. He called them sometimes for updates. Because of the above issues her husband wasn't satisfied with this business's communication.
