Erica stated that the vehicle was late by two weeks because of a parts delay and an insurance company delay. She mentioned that she wasn't kept informed during the repair process she had to contact the business to get updates on the vehicle not the business calling her. Erica wasn't satisfied with the communication because of the above mentioned reason. She wouldn't recommend the business for service because she has used another business similar to this one and had a better experience. Therefore, she would recommend that business over this one.
