Spoke with Cathy. She said she had taken her vehicle in because the rain guard on the roof was peeling. It was a warranty issue. She was given a loaner vehicle. While her vehicle was there they scratched her vehicle in 3 or 4 places. It was caused by a tool belt the person working on her vehicle was wearing. She showed it to the representative there. They were very apologetic about it. She kept the loaner vehicle while they repainted her vehicle. There was no promised time. They said they would call her when it was ready. There was no estimate. It was a warranty issue. They should have better quality control. They should've gone over her vehicle the first time with a fine tooth comb for any problems before they released the vehicle. They go over their rental vehicles thoroughly. They should have the same consideration for the customer. She wouldn't recommend this business to others, unless they knew someone that worked there to keep an eye on the vehicle.
