Spoke with Jan. Jan said that her vehicle was about 10 days later then expected because they did not order the parts prior to her bringing the vehicle in. She was not kept adequately informed during the repair process because the email system is slow and it was not until the night before she was suppose to pick up her vehicle that she saw an email that said it would be two more days. She thought the manager's customer service was great, he was awesome.
