Donna said she satisfied with the quality of the repair service, except for 1 minor issue. She needs to make arrangements to bring her vehicle back at her earliest convenience to fix the sensors on the bumper. The sensors are not working properly. The representatives were not able to provide her with a promised time to complete the repair service. They took 2 months to complete it. They were able to provide her with shuttle service to and from the business. She did speak with Eric last Thursday, and made the necessary arrangements to resolve the sensor issue to her satisfaction.
