Evan said the body work was outstanding. Eric did a good job on the estimate, even though the insurance misquoted some unspecified things. That caused a delay for a week. Their communication was satisfactory, but his own work load interfered with good communication. They see high end vehicles every day, so it might not be special to them, but his vehicle was not returned clean. It is a $100,000 vehicle, but they returned it with black panel sawdust all over the interior, fingerprint grease stains on the visors, and imprints of a toolbox and screwdriver on the leather seat. He did not mention it, because he was able to do the detailing himself. The seat imprints did not come out all the way. He expected more. Also, maybe it is standard to disconnect batteries while the vehicle is at the business, but he had to reset all of the electronics. Resetting the memory for his radio and window presets took some phone calls and research.
