Stephen said he was not completely satisfied overall or with the quality because the panel they worked on came out in worse shape than it went in. The valance and clips were missing. He was not given a promised completion time, but they had the vehicle for months. He was not kept adequately informed because they kept in touch in the beginning, but not toward the end. He was not satisfied with their communication because they did not return his last phone call. Mike was polite. He would not recommend them because of the lack of quality on the panel.
