Mark said he is sure the facility was very busy, but he would have liked it if they had done a better job of keeping him informed about the time the work was going to take. He said it was often hard to get a hold of anyone at the facility for information about when the vehicle would be ready. The business did not set a due date when he dropped the vehicle off. The quality of the work was good, but the paint could have been better. He said for what he paid the job was not up to his standards and it was a fairly straightforward repair job. He would not recommend this business based on this experience.
