Mckainledy said something was done to the vehicle that he didn't request and he was charged for it. He had to call them for information. He said he was not satisfied with the estimate because he only told them to diagnose why the check engine light was on and to not worry about the air bag light because he had already done a diagnosis on the issue. He said he was upset that he was charged twice for it. He was not happy with the communication for the above reasons. He didn't notice the extra charge on the bill until later.
