George said the gentleman he was dealing with was not returning phones calls, and he actually had to go down to the business to get the status on his vehicle. It took a day longer than promised due to the vehicle did not get cleaned. The insurance adjuster gave an estimate but the there was additional damage that the adjuster did not see. So they had to redo the estimate. He was not satisfied with the communication for the reason mentioned. He would not recommend this business for service due to the lack of communication. The work was fine. He chose this facility because he has a Lexus.
