Anthony said they did not receive a rating of a five on his overall experience because his front fender well fell off. He stated he was not satisfied with the quality of the repair because the work that was done was ridiculous and the bumper they put on was wrong and did not match. He mentioned his vehicle was ready about 1 week later than the original promised time due to a parts delay. He added he would not recommend this facility to others because of the work that was performed on his vehicle.

After talking with the customer a week after he had picked and 1227 miles later and him telling me what had happened. I had the car picked up and towed in, put the customer in a rental car. We brought the car into the shop and it was not the fender liner that had come out it was the center air duct that had been impacted and torn out. There were pieces still attached and fresh gouges on the underside of the front bumper. The week delay on parts was due to the Carbon Fiber hood Anthony wanted to put on his car instead of the factory hood. Anthony's car had a salvage title and had been rebuilt, the previous repair facility had installed the wrong bumper. We did not charge Anthony for the rental car or the tow bill ($200.00)
