Kimberly said they did a pretty good job, but Eric, the person in charge of her account, was not a good communicator. He did not return her calls. Also, the vehicle was not ready when promised because they did not call and let her know when the vehicle would be ready. Therefore, she was not kept informed during the repair process. Also, she was not satisfied with their communication. She is not certain if she was or was not satisfied with the way she was treated by the personnel but she chose not to elaborate further.
