Sheri said she had an inspection of the vehicle. There was some buffing that still needed to be done. She turned around and came back. She said she also had to come back a second time. She saw under lighting there was some paint where it didn't belong. They took care of it right away. They felt bad about it and gave her a half a tank of gas for her inconvenience. She said her vehicle was ready when promised. She said her husband wasn't kept adequately informed. He had to call several times. They never returned phone calls.
