Randy said his vehicle took almost a month to get fixed and they didn't follow up on the status. The repair was about 5 days late and was told that a tire needed to be replaced and the vehicle needed to be detailed, although, he was provided a loaner. He had to be emailing them and calling for follow-ups. The insurance dealt with the estimate. He was not happy with the treatment and communication because every time he went in, he stated he felt like a burden and felt they were saying that he was back again. He had to pay for a rental for an entire month and clearly thought this facility was part of the business where he purchased the vehicle and because of his experience, will not recommend them.
