"Did not complete my repair"
I got rear ended on october 21st and needed a new bumper 2 new tail lights and the side quarter pannel fixed..it took an entire month for them to get it "fixed'...i went back 3 times because they said it was complete only to find horrible noticeable blemishes..finally they said to the ins company that they were finished and not going to satisfy me so i was forced to pick up my car with the plastic shipping wrap stuck and painted into the edge of my bumper...i will now need a repaint and am having to take them to court to make this right

Pamela said she is satisfied with the service the business provides but the ball is missing from the back of her vehicle. She was told that it was corroded underneath it but she told them since it was damaged in the wreck, she wants her vehicle to be returned to its original look. She said she is upset that she has to make calls to try to get this remedied. She was confused by her estimator because she was told two different estimates. She would recommend this business for the work they perform, with the understanding that each time she has used this facility, some part of her vehicle is always missing when it is returned to her.

This business kept him well informed about the delay so it was not a bid deal to him. He is unsure whether he is satisfied with the estimate because additional damage was found so the repairs cost more than the original estimate.
