Spoke with Bindiya. She said she was not happy with her overall experience because it was a bad experience. When she brought the vehicle in for work, there was bad communication and she had trouble getting her vehicle back. When she would call, they put her on hold for a long time. The repair was not complete and there were some things they were supposed to do, that they did not do. The body work was not done properly. The bumper had to be replaced and they did not install it properly. The bumper was not the same on both sides. They had to do it over. Her vehicle was not ready when promised. They said one week, but it was about 2.5 weeks. They gave no reason for the delay. She and her husband had to be without a vehicle for about three weeks. They were not happy. She was not kept informed during the repair process. She had to call herself and John did not communicate. The person that prepared the estimate did not do it properly and it was too high. Because she had to call them, she was not satisfied with the communication and she will never recommend this facility to others and she will never come back.
