Robert said he got his vehicle back two days late. He stated right after he picked up his vehicle the radio cut out. He returned to this business because of the radio, and they told him he would have to go to the service department. The service department informed him there was nothing wrong with the radio. Robert only got a little way away from this business when the radio cut off again. He returned to this business, and asked their manger to take a ride with him. When he and the manager started to drive the radio cut out. A rear glass part on the radio had to be ordered, which caused the delay. He mentioned in the beginning of his visit with this business they called and gave him an update, and told him they would call him in a few days. After waiting a week, and not hearing from them Robert called for a status report. Because of the above, he was satisfied with the communication in the beginning of the repairs, but not later in the process. Robert commented the person who prepared his estimate did a good job.
