Tony said she is not satisfied with the overall experience due to the repair taking a long time to be completed. There was also missing change and CD's from the vehicle. The promise time for the vehicle was changed two or three times. The first time she was told it had to be painted. Then it had to be test driven and after that it had to be painted. All the calls concerning the repair had to be made by her. She is not satisfied with the communication. On the days the vehicle was due to be completed after waiting until late in the day, Tony would have to call them. She would not recommend them based on this experience.
