Spoke with Stephanie. She said they made an appointment for the estimate and was under the impression they would be turning the vehicle in on that day but the person responsible was not in and would not be for 3 days. She mentioned she was not given a promise time the vehicle would be ready. She was not adequately informed of the status of the repair nor was she satisfied with this business' communication because she had to call and find out what was going on with the vehicle and the status. She had to report that information to the rental agency and the the insurance company. Once this business got their business, she said she felt neglected. For these reasons she would not recommend this business to others. She used the associated dealership and they have always done a good job. This was the reason they chose this business since the insurance company chose another business with a lower bid but they wanted to use this business. She delayed the repair time for two weeks in order to be able to use this business.
