Spoke with Melton. He said he wasn't satisfied with the quality of the repair, because there were some moldings that the business was supposed to order for him and they still haven't arrived. He spoke with the business last week and Randy, who is in charge of taking care of this issue, said he would contact him when the moldings get in. His vehicle was ready 3 or 4 days past the time it was promised and he didn't know why. He wasn't kept adequately informed during the repair process and he didn't hear from the business until after the date that his vehicle was promised. He wasn't satisfied with the business's communication, because the business was like helter skelter. It was cluttered with people and his estimator was dealing with 3 different customers while he was there. He would recommend this business for service, but he would also give them some advice.
