I was greeted as soon as I pulled up and the staff was helpful and friendly. The waiting room was comfortable and well stocked with drinks and snacks, which made for a pleasant wait.

My car wasn't starting and Pearson was able to get me in next day. Another dealer told me I had to wait a month. I was very satisfied with the customer service and they were able to fix the issue on the first try.

I was very pleased with my recent service. Jonathan Kidd was my service advisor and we had to reschedule after having the vehicle there most of the day, but when I brought it in the next week for what I thought was a 72 hour drop off, he said he was going to try to get my work done quickly. They were fast, pleasant to work with, and I was very pleased.
