Highly informative and friendly service changed my perception
Hi There,

The service I received from Mr. Richardson and the Service Team is shifting my perception regarding the visiting car dealership.

My vehicle had transmission issues, so I went online to schedule an appointment. The next opening was approximately two weeks out. I decided to call, and a very professional and friendly lady informed me about the option to drop the car and provided me with an estimated time for the vehicle to be checked.
Checking the car was easy and quick. A few days later, approximately five days, I texted Mr. Jason to check the car's status. He responded that it needed a new transmission. My jaw dropped! Then, call Mr. Jason, who explained that the parts had been ordered and that he would arrange it if I needed a loaner. Also, he explained the repair and rental loaner costs are covered under the manufacturer's warranty. This explanation provided me with peace of mind.

Then, I spoke with Melissa about my recent visit experience, and she was very friendly, informative, and professional.

Your work is changing my perception of the visiting car dealership; at least I know that Pearson Hynday has highly professional and friendly people.
