"Good warranty work"
Easy on line scheduling for warranty work. Oil change was pricy but since I already had it in for work I paid the extra for an oil change.

"Great Service but still problems "
Great Service
However I was having alot of road noise prior to bringing the car in for service
They checked it for this noise and supposedly couldn’t hear it
Road noise is still there and I am not happy that this has not been addressed

I love my Hyundai, and I really like the stuff in the service department. I am always greeted with a smile and they are like second family. My appointment was at 2 o’clock and I was out of there by 4 o’clock very fast and courteous With the service that was done. "Good customer service. Needs improvement to the write up area"
My advisor was great. He understood my concerns and took care of my concerns. However, I had to wait more than 30 min beyond the promised time. On top of that car was not washed.

"The staff is so friendly"
The staff was great. I got a oil change and my car derailed. My car was so clean they made it look like a brand new car. So shiny on the outside and clean in the inside.
