I've been here twice now. Both times I was treated like it was all about me and my car. Oh wait it was. The guys at the Service desk are really friendly and welcoming. The get the job done in a timely manner. I Love going here.

"Pearson Hyundai at Midlothian is always a pleasure"
Every time I come to Pearson with an issue with my car, they accommodate my request. For example, I asked to have the inside of my windshield cleaned since I never do a good job on it. It came back sparkling and they washed the car too - YAHOO!
I particularly like the service desk staff.

No issues with Service or Service department. I picked up the car after Service department closed. So not sure who gave me the keys and paperwork but she was kind of rude.

Even though I had not asked for an oil change, when I set up my appointment, I realized on the way to the service center that I needed one. Upon arriving, I inquired if I could possibly have it done and was informed that it would not be a problem and that they would be happy to do so. Even with this added request the job was done quickly and effeciantly. Excellent service at this location always!!!!!
