I absolutely love working out here. ILKB is not your typical kickboxing gym. The workouts are varied,
different everyday. The instructors are not only patient and kind they are also SO MUCH FUN! They are great role models. The atmosphere is always so warm and welcoming. There is never a dull moment at ILKB. ILKB is not only about burning calories or getting fit, it's about making a difference in the lives of their members. I've made lifetime friends at ILKB and ILKB has made a lifetime member out of me. I would recommend ILKB to anyone who wants a fantastic way to burn a sweat and have fun.
