Losing confidence in GM vehicles
This is my second Chevrolet Suburban I have had major drivetrain issues with relatively low mileage (under 75,000 miles). Of course just out of my extended warranty that they sell you. GM will not back their product even when they know of issues, IE: transmission failures. I am done with GM vehicles and will never buy another, after being loyal to Chevy for 30 years. It’s time to give Ford a try.

Losing faith in Chevy
Definitely losing confidence in Chevrolet product. Having to replace a transmission at 70,000 miles, just out of warranty. Had a 2008 Suburban having to replace cam/lifters at 74,000 miles also out of warranty. They used to brag about not needing a tune up until 100,000 miles, but from my experience twice it has cost me a lot more than a tune up. We spend a ton of money on these vehicles, and don’t expect to be stranded in the desert with a 4 year old vehicle. My next vehicle will be a Ford.

Exhaust has been broke since 5000 miles. Plus extra
Chevy does not stand blue hind the quality of its vehicles. Get the run around. Dealerships cannot be trusted with fair and complete work. I’m scared to have purchased this vehicle for the long haul. 55,000 miles already 4000 in maintenance and repair costs. And the exhaust is still not fixed. Still debating the issue with GM

Problem is Chevy dealers.
Ignored a rattle in my exhaust twice. Not it separated from the pipe and comes in one section $700 plus install. About to go lemon. We will Se how it turns out and if they cover it although now it is out of warranty.

It what I thought. Thinking of a trade to another brand
Customer service horrible. Dealerships the worse. Truck feels like it is falling apart. Tires in 40,000 miles already? Junk. Can’t wait for what else will go wrong. Had previous suburbans and Yukon’s what made me buy another you got me.
