good quality car with great handling

Very pleased with my GV 70!. The vehicle has a great monitoring system to keep me informed. The only minor issue is the icing condition which occurs on the sensors during extreme cold conditions. Overall the GV 70 offers a great ride and handling, with plenty of power when needed. The vehicle offers better than expected fuel economy. I was able to change my oil and filter myself which is a big plus. computer system keep me informed of any critical functions and offers great engine system functions. Yes I recommend this vehicle

GV70 SUV was an excellent choice

This is my first purchase of an SUV it's a comfortable driving vehicle. After purchase I took the GV70 on a long-distance road trip and it handled the road very well. Love this vehicle. I've had other friends that purchased the GV70 after riding in mine, they were very impressed. This GV70 stands out and the design of this car is awesome, very eye catching. I have no complaints about my purchase.

Perfect size for a slightly smaller SUV

Love this car. After 4 Lexus RX’s over the years I wanted something a bit smaller easier to handle and fun to drive, BUT most importantly I wanted a seat that felt like it fit me. Between the way the seat wraps around you and ease of handling all the electronics available its easy to drive. We went to Genesis to buy a GV80 but felt it was very similar to a Lexus RX just a bit bigger and the seat was just a basic car seat, not that comfortable. We got the cloth seats which breath nicely, next time though we will get the leather ones - more durable.

Overall Recommended!

The GV70 is easy to drive. It’s front seats are roomy (the back, not so much), it’s a quiet ride, and it has a smooth ride. Blind spots are minimal. The cloth seats aren’t comfortable as the fabric is somewhat itchy. The leather would have been a better choice. It has too much “technology” and the placement of the camera displays aren’t in the most desirable spots. The sunroof operation is a little clunky. Overall though, it’s a great vehicle and nicer than it’s competitors.

great car bad infotainment

I really liked the car and hated the infotainment. It took a year to get wireless carplay and even then it crashed all the time or didn't connect 1/4 of the time.

nice ride

had an issue with the water pump and the turbo so lost power dramatically. Fixed by the dealership. Genesis Connected Services has NEVER worked. Rides nice and I like the driver assist features.
