I would post five stars if it weren't for an iccu failure that nearly left me stranded in a blizzard and took my vehicle out of service for nearly one month.

Love the car. Hate the dealer.

Great car. Can't get service from my local Hyundai Dealer. They won't fix a warranty issue. The navigation isn't working due to what I suspect is a hardware failure. They tried software resets but couldn't fix it. They probably need to replace the satellite GPS unit or connection because the car thinks it's in Ypsilanti. It won't navigate, so I can't precondition the battery because this car does not allow manual preconditioning. The dealer won't fix it because they are overwhelmed and keep blowing me off since the car runs. They say they don't have people certifiied in EVs and they can't get paid for warranty work, even though they are the one's who sold me the car. Miserable experience! I would not recommend the dealership to anyone. Never had this type of experience with owning Toyotas or Hondas.

It’s great at what it’s great at

Definitely a great ride and artist design. But there are so many little design flaws and deficiencies that I would feel guilty recommending the car to anyone else.

Terrible customer service

I have been lied to and passed off as non consequential from one CSR TO ANOTHER for a seat defect that was of not my doing. I will not be passed around and feel disrespected as I was a 4 time hyundai owner. Thus I was put in a position that I sold my hyundai vehicles.

Best car I’ve ever owned!

Best car I’ve ever owned. Great performance, very low maintenance. There was some adjustment to an EV, including planning for charging during trips. But on a day to day basis with charging from home, the car is excellent.
