Horrible vehicle even more horrific service and support.

I toon the vehicle in for an oil change and tire rotation. I was told there was a recall for transmission programming and I waited for 4 hours. Since then I have had nothing but transmission issues (none prior to the fix...). Then engine lights, temperature sensors, thermostat housing issues and getting it serviced or looked at is weeks out, no one calls back or even cares. 4 different Hyundai dealerships and none can get it in for over a month and it's under warranty.

Dependable, Easy on gas, And it suits my purposes.

I purchased this vehicle new and have not regretted it ever. The fact that it has the capacity to act as a truck, but not the fuel consumption of a large gas eating beast. I know it was its limits as far as the size of a load, but I have not found it a determent at all. I have heard rumors that Hyundai will no longer make the Santa Cruz at model 2027. That is a shame as all the people that I know likes their Santa Cruz. Please keep it in your line-up!!!

Love the idea but 2 years in I'm worried

I bought my Santa Cruz back in 24 and have loved the vehicle my biggest concern is I'm starting to get some rattling when accelerating and it's very concerning considering I'm only 25k miles in. I also am getting a rattle from inside the steering wheel and am starting to get moisture build up in a tail light I really really want to love this vehicle but I'm concerned Hyundai might not have been the best choice for my first new car.

Awesome Santa Cruz

My Santa Cruz is 2 years old and has 14,000 miles on it. It is in near perfect condition with no accidents and no significant issues. We have driven it back and forth to Goodyear, AZ and suburb of Phoenix which accounts for close to 3,000 of those miles and had no problems handling the various changes in altitude and terrain from Midwestern prairies and rolling hills, to the Mountains and Canyons of the Rockies to the Forests and upper deserts of Utah to the Saguaro Cactus and Sonoran Desert of Arizona. It can also handle a heavy load of luggage or materials in it's small size bed too.

Is the vehicle goood

I really like the car. It’s very comfortable, and overall I’m happy with it. The only thing that disappoints me is that they haven’t been able to fix the bed cover. Whenever it rains, water gets inside. I’ve already been told that this is a factory issue.

Don't know what you want here

I don't understand why you have to lock and unlock the vehicle with the key fob. I like the convenience of locking a vehicle on a door lock on my way out of the vehicle. Also vehicle mysteriously locks itself at times.
