Hyandai Tucson

Love the car but quite disappointed in the fuel economy. Overall performance is 30.2 mpg after a couple of road trips over the summer. Prior to that it was 29.9.

Mostly Great SUV

The HVAC system's "auto" mode is crazy, one moment its blowing cold air, next moment its blowing hot air, then back to cold. It changes the vent direction all the time. It just doest make sense, but the dealership says that's "normal". I've never had an HVAC auto system this that acts like that. When outside temp is about 80-90F there is an intermittent problem with the blinker system. System will say rear bulbs are out but they're not. Dealership can't figure it out. The car has about 20K miles on it and the transmission sticks when shifting from second to third gear, engine will rev then drop into gear. Value for money only if buying pre owned.

This is an excellent car in so many ways. The excellence is in all the details. Software programming, look and feel, UI of the dashboard, doing away with unnecessary buttons all over the interior are all part of what makes this vehicle great

Very happy with our purchase.

We traded in our Toyota, which we had for only three months, because it was not comfortable and didn't have all the safety features that we expected. We were told it had everything. Our Tuscon Hybrid has a very comfortable ride and has many more features (safety and otherwise) than our previous car, which was more expensive.

My 23 Hyundai

The only issues I have had is: The lights went on by themselves in the night. Weird, I know. Also periodically the tail light stays on plus the blinker now and then. Not big issues for me, just makes me a bit uneasy. Love the car.

Awesome car everywhere but disingenuous gas mileage

I test drove about 11 cars including the direct competition Hybrid Rav4 and CRV. This crushed them in comfort, intuitive interior, and looks, but I believe they may beat it in actual gas mileage.

Looks good but technology problems

Car won’t start after turning it on and off computer problem. Hyundai service could find the problem. So, I will eventually be stranded somewhere and likely past warranty.
